The solution provided by TelOnline includes VoIP telephony, full recording integrated to the shipping tracking system, automatic dialer server and integration of offices in Bogota, Medellin and Cali. The platform is based on Switchvox SMB AA305, a Grandstream GXW4104 VoIP Gateway that converts analog lines to IP and an auto-dialer application developed and customized by TelOnline to allow easy management and control of the logistics operation.

The Voice Dialer Server, integrated with Switchvox’s API, allows ALDIA Logística to configure via web the voice messages to be sent to the customers contact list. It’s a web-based program that allows, in real time, to manage and contact their leads and customers. It reduces the time to reach customers by 50-70% compared to manual dialing.
