The Voice Dialer Server, integrated with Switchvox’s API, allows ALDIA Logística to configure via web the voice messages to be sent to the customers contact list. It’s a web-based program that allows, in real time, to manage and contact their leads and customers. It reduces the time to reach customers by 50-70% compared to manual dialing.
